University of St. Thomas gets a Triple Dose of “the quiet catalyst”

Atlanta, Georgia — October 1, 2009 — J.O. Rodgers and Associates, Inc. (www.jamesorodgers.com) announces that Jim Rodgers has been selected to present at the Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity, “Securing the D&I Future: Evolving Strategies, Meaningful Outcomes.” The Multicultural Forum, presented by the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas (http://www.stthomas.edu/mcf/default.html), takes place on March 17-18, 2010, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This conference is attended by executives and diversity leaders in corporate, government, education, non-profit, healthcare, legal, and leading consulting firms.

The annual conference is organized in five topical tracks and three specialty tracks designed to help participants reexamine the strategies and tactics now being used and focus more on getting clear outcomes and results.

Jim Rodgers will present a Professional Development Institute (PDI-B) session entitled, “ReThinking Diversity Management: How to Produce Tangible Business Results”. It will focus on providing practical tools and free mentoring for successfully using diversity management as a solution to specific business problems.

Jim will also conduct a workshop (W6-B) entitled “Preparing and Executing a Diversity Management Strategy”. This will be a step-by-step process to systematically develop a strategic plan that uses diversity management as a tool and to execute that plan to demonstrate results.

Finally, Jim will be featured as an expert discussion leader at the Table of Contents event.

According to Jim, “I am pleased to present my latest thinking to an audience that includes enough senior players to make a difference”. The MCF committee selects only top notch speakers to present to its audience of intelligent, seasoned, and highly-educated practitioners.
